You place the order, we pack it up, and you pick it up during our weekly on-farm pickup.

What is the price per pound?
It depends… on the animal, the cut, and whether you’re going for retail or bulk.

Most bulk bundles average between $6–$8/lb. But for the latest pricing (and a little insider guidance), send us a message right here in the chat — we’re happy to help you find the perfect fit.

How do bulk preorders work?
It’s easy: place a nonrefundable preorder deposit online to secure your preorder.
Before processing, we’ll reach out to discuss your custom cut preferences, confirm your final balance, and provide pickup instructions.
No surprises, just good planning and great meat.
When does processing happen for bulk preorders?
Processing typically occurs seasonally based on the animal:
Chickens – Summer
Beef, Pork, Lamb, Turkeys – Fall
We’ll be in touch prior to processing with all the details—pickup date, time, and location—so you’re never left wondering.
What’s the on-farm pickup schedule?
Every Wednesday from 4:30–5:30 PM.
It’s the perfect time to grab your order, catch up, and chat about your favorite cuts.
We’ll be ready with your 100% regeneratively raised premium meats, no fuss, just quality.
What if I miss the scheduled on-farm pickup?
We get it—life happens!
Just give us a heads-up if you won’t be able to make it, so we can head back to our happy place in the field with the animals.

We now offer local delivery to the Olean, Portville, and Allegany areas!
